This wonderful playbill is from the opening week of the play "I Know My Love" by S> N. Behman.  The play was directed by Alfred Lunt, who starred in the play with Lynn Fontanne.  The play ran for 247 productions.  The play's opening night was November 10, this playbill is from November 14.  The playbill has tons of great ads!
Lunt and Fontanne and MOST famous, these days, for the theatre named after them on Broadway (formerly the Globe).   However they were a famous husband and wife acting team who performed in more than 2 dozen plays, and eventually gained a reputation as the greatest acting team in American theatre.
This playbill has 44 pages, and like most playbills, has ads that are a bit more risque than those in normal magazines and advertising of the times.  There is an article on fashion, and ads for some of the hottest night spots in New York.
It is in good condition - the corners are slightly bumped and the playbill has some slight wrinkling from thumbing.
