This vintage
program
comes from the estate of a woman who lived in New Hampshire. She appeared to be well educated and financially well off to be able to be an active theatre patron during the 1940s in Boston. She collected many of the programs (1942-1948) that were given out during her attendances, wrote notes on some of them and in some cases attached Boston newspaper reviews or articles. They are rare, are in various conditions and are valuable to collectors, scholars and historians of
Boston
theatre during this time period.
