Condition: From a closed business sale. You get everything pictured, nothing else, no manual. It has the tube piece with connector that screws on the top(partially covered in the picture) There is 1 screw missing from the battery cover. The battery when charged, does power the unit, can hear some kind of motor or pump. The battery does not seem to hold a long charge, so probably needs replacement. Thats all I know about it.
