    This is a rare February 28th, 1943 "Stagebill" playbill from the
    National Tour engagement of the NOEL COWARD comedy "PRIVATE LIVES" at the Erlanger Theatre in Chicago, Illinois. (The Original Broadway production opened January 27th, 1931 at New York's Times Square Theatre and ran for 256 performances.) ..... The play starred RUTH CHATTERTON as "Amanda" and RALPH FORBES as "Elyot" and featured DORA SAYERS, JOHN GROGAN and LILLIAN UDVARDY ..... CONDITION: With the exception of light creasing to the cover and slight discoloration, this rare playbill is in excellent condition and will make a wonderful addition to the collection of any theatre aficionado or historian. This item will be carefully packaged in a protective, carded sleeve and backed by stiff cardboard.
