In my opinion it appears to be in very solid physical conditions with no observable damages to describe however please review pictures carefully, zoom in on pictures and judge for yourself.
Unfortunately I do not have a way nor the knowledge to fully test this
It powered on as shown on pictures and then I saw numbers jumping around as well as light flashing and some kind of emergency sound and that is all I got.
Whether this is a fully functional item or not I cannot guarantee that and I will leave that up to you the expert to figure out.
