    This is a rare April 20th, 1942 broadside (single page playbill) from the Post-Broadway engagement of William Shakespeare's "MACBETH" at the American Theatre in St. Louis, Missouri. (The revival opened November 11th, 1941 at the National Theatre in New York City and ran for 131 performances before going on the road.) ....
