    LACE STRIP FROM AN ALB + VESTMENT
    This appears to be the bottom portion of an alb that was cut off for some reason.  What remains is in good condition.  The lace is attached to linen.  The lace portion has a width of 4 3/4 inches and has a nice floral pattern in it.
