Returns and Warranty

on all of our items.  If your item is defective or arrives damaged in transit, please contact us immediately upon receipt so that we can issue a replacement. For items in which there are no defects or errors made on our part, we must receive the item back in new condition, unopened in the original packaging and we may hold a 15% restocking fee per item to cover associated costs. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Many of our products also come with a warranty (be sure to check individual product for warranty details).
