I do not know a lot about this button. I know the Franklinville Conservation Club is a "Club of private members located on 200+ acres in Western New York. They offer hunting, fishing and recreational opportunities for all."  I assume this button is worn to indicate someone is allowed to hunt or fish on their private property.
