    Description

    A great looking vintage
    AIR CANADA
    airline in-flight menu.  A photo by photographer Michel Tcherevkoff of two asparagus stalks is pictured on the menu cover.
    The menu is believed to be circa 1981. There is no indication as to the flight’s class but with menu items such as Rack of Lamb with Fine Herbs Sauce and Fillet of Sole Clara Wart, it is assumed that this is a First Class menu.
    The code “CDG-2-1281” appears at the bottom of one of the menu pages.
    The menu cover measures 7-1/2” x 12” and is in VERY GOOD condition. There is some light usage wear but nothing serious.
