Wow!  This is a rare hunting collectible!
Here is a 1954 Wisconsin Conservation Department (later the Department of Natural Resources) Waterfowl Hunting Record for the Waterfowl Research Project.
The booklet measures approximately 3 1/2" x 8 1/2".  It has a thin cardboard front and back cover.  The front cover has old paperclip marks.  There are 25 pages inside.  The waterfowl hunter was asked to fill out important information regarding his hunt.  Many of the pages also have written comments on the back, which are VERY interesting to read.
I took the full allotment of pictures to give you a good idea what is contained in this historic booklet.  I have NEVER seen another one of these in all my years of collecting.  The pictures describe very well the contents of the booklet.  I especially included the instruction page to help explain the use of this booklet.
This would look AWESOME in a frame with other waterfowl hunting items like licenses, duck stamps, shotgun boxes, etc.  Great piece!
