Looks of bills are subjective, to me it's uncirculated without any creases or stains
Will ship in  Eco Swift 6 x 8 rigid mailer or to an equivalent smaller size / large size as well as in a Guard House Currency Sleeve if acceptable under the eBay standard envelope guidelines, if it is not under the terms and conditions for eBay standard envelope they will ship inside a envelope white envelope raw within the mailer,
Multiple quantities up to maximum of 3 paper currency bills / notes will will be able to be placed in a protective sleeve, quantities of 4-5 will be shipped in an envelope inside the mailer
